Shipping Information:

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

(5-12 Business Days)

All Standard Shipping orders placed are shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date. Most orders are usually shipped the next business day, after they are placed. All Express Shipping orders must be placed before 10:30AM for best chance to ship same business day. Traffic Shoes cannot guarantee same business day shipment. (We do not ship on weekends or holidays).

Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly:

  • Your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping and billing addresses do not match (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

All packages are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 9:00AM – 3:00PM (Friday shipping ends at 12:00PM. All orders placed after 12:00PM will be processed the following Monday)

*We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.  

Tracking your package:

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.

*We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen orders that show “Delivered”.

     Restrictions on Using a Credit Card
    For domestic customers, please note that we only ship to the credit card holder’s billing address. On occasion we will make exceptions: pending identification/ documentations request from our security department. If you are using a foreign credit card for shipping to U.S. address, our system will trigger a security response, and we will not be able to process your order.
    Shipping confirmation emails
    You should receive a shipping confirmation email when all or parts of your order are shipped. This email is sent after the first USPS scan. It will include the USPS tracking number which you can use to check the status of your order directly from the USPS site. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking the My Account link in the top header of the site. (Tracking information email may be in your Junk Mail folder)
